The Benito-Arenas and co-worker's work entitled "Chondroitin sulfate-degrading enzymes as tools for the development of new pharmaceuticals" presents the structures and mechanisms of chondroitin sulphate-degrading enzymes and their reported applications in pharmaceuticals field. 

The paper is well structured, offers several information about these enzymes and I found it very useful.

I would suggest to the authors to check all the microorganisms name from the text and Figure legends.
