Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The authors proposed an interesting narrative review on quality of life tests in endoscopic endonasal management of anterior cranial base malignancies.

The review is well written and complete, with an extensive evaluation of the literature. All most used tests are discussed and analyzed. At the end of the review the authors propose some interesting future perspectives.

Author Response

We thank the reviewer for these kind comments.

Reviewer 2 Report

The authors did a great job reviewing the mait Quality of Life questionnaires of the anterior cranial base surgery. This is a very interesting issue because the patient centered care medicine is gaining more importance in the last years.

This extensive review of the intruments to study de QOL of the patients who are operated of an anterior skull base surgery will help the specialist to choose the best questionnaire to apply to their patient to improve the QOL after surgery.

I would suggest to change the article title maybe including also the benign tumors, not only malignancies. For example: "Quality of life considerations in endoscopic endonasal management of anterior cranial base tumors"
