Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

1. Please identify carefully goals of reaserach work beacuse it is difficult to find in abstract.

2. Lines 30-32 - Please write sources because of information in sentence: "the maximum energy density of widely used Lithium-ion battery is generally less than 300Wh/kg".

3. Check line 77 - capital letter

4. Please explain in detail the purpose of your research and what the achievements and results are.

Article Name : This paper has following three contributions.

Firstly, driving energy losses analyzed in detail, which mainly contain electric loss, tire slip energy dissipation and power of cornering resistance. Secondly, typical configurations of DCDS introduced and the driving energy management strategies of DCDS are reviewed comprehensively. Finally, as an interesting energy-saving technology, energy-saving torque vectoring generally applied to decentralized drive system reviewed in detail in terms of their energy-saving pathways and control strategies, which classified as front-and-rear torque vectoring and left-and-right torque vectoring.

it also added a micro ball to the device is beneficial to increasing the bandwidth and output voltage at low peak-to-peak acceleration amplitude (0.5g), which is of relevance to applications as most environmental vibrations have low peak-to-peak amplitude acceleration.

Therefore, it is interesting and attractive. However, it should be major revised to enhance the quality, as follows:

1) In Section 1, authors should make three sub sections, motivation, contributions and organization of the paper

2) Literature review is not upto the mark. Pl provide one table for overall idea about the current trends on the particular problem.

3) Contributions of the research paper is missing or its not clearly mentioned. Pl add it in contributions sub sections

4) Pl add one table to derive all the parameters which are used in the equations.

5) Eq 9 and 12 are not clearly derived. Pl explain in details

6) Figure 3 which derives the concept of Linear 2-DOF single-track model, it is not clearly defined in the present figure. Pl explain in details

7) Pl make one table for  differentiate between DSCDS and DTCDS with all the parameters which are considered in the present manuscript.Pl drive in details for better readability to the reader.

8) In the  result section, pl add any comparison table with existing work along with your proposed work.

9) In conclusion section, pl add future scope of the present research.

Reviewer 3 Report

The authors have dealt with the subject satisfactorily.

Several details must be clarified before the paper is ready for publication.

The present "Abstract" lacks the core findings of reviewed in this paper. Please add a sentence in terms of core review findings.

For a review article, the introduction is very weak. Please modify the introduction as it should be in a review article, using the necessary citations. The problems identified in the literature and the core academic problems addressed in this manuscript should be more clearly explained in the last paragraph of the "Introduction". The motivation and novelty of the manuscript should be further addressed. The core academic problems addressed in this manuscript should be more clearly explained.

Abbreviations are missing and not mentioned in the nomenclature table. Please list all abbreviations in the respective table (Nomenclature table) to reduce the length of the article, which will be at the beginning of the article after the abstract and keywords. The description of each symbol (e.g., after each equation) may be avoided if a Nomenclature is provided, otherwise, all symbols should be clearly defined at the first instance of appearance in the manuscript. The nomenclature has to include the proper sections: Latin Symbols, Greek Symbols, Subscripts and Superscripts, and Abbreviations. Put the symbols in the proper alphabetical order in every section. Also, provide the proper units for every parameter.
