Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

This study is very iteresting as it gives evidence in the case of Romanian teachers. I would suggest the authors to provide more details about the questionnaire that was deliverd to respondents (e.g. number of items, likert scale, cronbach alpha values etc) or to add the measure to supplementary material.

Reviewer 2 Report

This article provides empirical findings on teachers' attitudes towards
a specific type of 479 continuing education: mentoring in education.
This article includes a descriptive analysis and a logistic regression
model used to statistically 72 identify and assess the relative
importance of predictors for teacher attitudes toward 73 this type of
continuing education. This paper can be published.

Distinguished reviewer, thank you for highly assessing our results and research!

Reviewer 3 Report

The paper provides interesting statistical results and has commendable methods. I just have some suggestions to improve the paper. The paper must explain why the factors become significant predictors and why the three models have different significant factors. What could be the underlying reasons for these differences, and why do these differences exist? Lastly, the paper must also explain why these findings matter. For example, if age is found to be a significant factor, then what is the value of this finding in the context of the study?
