The study treats about passangers' perception of social responsibility in urban transport projects. The study tends to be interesting and valuable study but definitely needs improvements to be better adjusted to the journal's scopes and requirements. 

Firstly, Authors should use journal's template for the final version of the article. Secondly, the scopes are missed in the abstract and the introduction. 

The structure of the article is not adjusted to the journal's requirements. The discussion section and results section should be completed.
