Reviewer 2 Report

Generally, It seems that this paper have been modified by the comment of Round 1. However, there are two problems.

1.  T-Score was considered in this study. However, according to age, Z- or T-Score were considered in the osteoporosis. Please add this paragraph for Z-score.

2. Conclusions:

"This could lead to a reduced risk of falls and fractures. The clinical relevance of this study is that it does not seem necessary to wear the orthosis during all daily activities."

The connection between these two sentences is not smooth. You should add more sentences to clear the context.
