The paper provides a molecular basis for the signs of pre-eclampsia, why polycystic ovary syndrome is a risk factor and what might be done to treat and reduce the risk of disease

It is very important knowledge because the causes of pre-eclampsia is still unknown. Moreover, the prevalence of pre-eclampsia during pregnancy as well as polycystic ovary syndrome are common disorders especially in developed countries.

The current scientific literature , we know that the disturbance in lipid profile and higher oxidative stress could be a crucial etiological factors associated with  pre-eclampsia and polycystic ovary syndrome and the authors suggest that especially pre- eclampsia is associated with CoA restriction.

The figures of common metabolic pathway motif, clinical signs linked to CoA restriction as well as interlinking of separate adverse conditions are well presented.  

In my opinion it is important paper, which try to explain the possibility regulatory pathway associated with pre-eclampsia.

I have to admit that you did nice job. In presented manuscript you smoothly went through given hypotheses. I don't have any bigger concerns. What you may do to improve this concise paper is slight improvement of references, introduction some missing papers which should be mentioned. i.a. of your authorship... PMID 25351721; 30591939; etc.
