Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

We are pleased to invite you to contribute to our upcoming Special Issue, which delves into the dynamic field of array signal processing. With its roots deeply embedded in scientific exploration, this research area plays a pivotal role in various domains, including, but not limited to, automatic driving, communication, radar, navigation, sonar, radio astronomy, biomedicine. The significance of advancements in array signal processing techniques resonate across diverse applications, making it a focal point for cutting-edge research and innovation.

This Special Issue aims to gather a comprehensive collection of research articles and reviews that push the boundaries of array signal processing. Aligned with the scope of our esteemed journal, we seek contributions that explore new forms of arrays, array geometry optimization, adaptive signal processing, intelligent array processing, non-linear array processing and other related themes. The overarching objective of this Special Issue is to assemble a minimum of 10 high-quality articles, paving the way for the potential publication of this Special Issue in book form.

In this Special Issue, we welcome original research articles and reviews exploring various facets of array signal processing. Potential themes include, but are not limited to, array beamforming, array parameter estimation, intelligent array processing, non-linear array processing, multi-dimensional array signal processing, reduced-dimensional array processing, and multi-source array processing. We encourage submissions that convey novel insights, methodologies, or applications to the forefront of array signal processing research.

We look forward to receiving your contributions.

Manuscript Submission Information

Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.

Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page. Electronics is an international peer-reviewed open access semimonthly journal published by MDPI.

Please visit the Instructions for Authors page before submitting a manuscript. The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open access journal is 2400 CHF (Swiss Francs). Submitted papers should be well formatted and use good English. Authors may use MDPI's English editing service prior to publication or during author revisions.
