Dear Colleagues,
Significant progress has been made in natural language processing (NLP) in recent years due to the advancement of machine learning algorithms. Machine learning techniques are now being used to analyze large amounts of text data, generate human-like responses, and improve the accuracy of natural language understanding tasks. This Special Issue aims to present the latest research in the field of machine learning algorithms for NLP.
We invite submissions of high-quality papers on machine learning algorithms applied to natural language processing. The topics of interest for this Special Issue include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Applications of ML and NLP in social media analysis;
- NLP for analyzing surveys and reports;
- Neural networks for NLP;
- Deep learning for text analytics;
- Machine learning for named entity recognition;
- Sentiment analysis with machine learning;
- Text classification with machine learning;
- Machine learning for machine translation;
- Information extraction using machine learning;
- Unsupervised machine learning for NLP;
- Reinforcement learning for NLP;

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted online at www.mdpi.com by registering and logging in to this website. Once you are registered, click here to go to the submission form. Manuscripts can be submitted until the deadline. All submissions that pass pre-check are peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published continuously in the journal (as soon as accepted) and will be listed together on the special issue website. Research articles, review articles as well as short communications are invited. For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. Algorithms is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
