Publisher's Note to Launch Youth

MDPI, St. Alban-Anlage 66, CH-4052 Basel, Switzerland
Submission received: 16 June 2021 / Accepted: 16 June 2021 / Published: 28 June 2021
MDPI has already published two related journals, Children [1] and Adolescents [2]. Now, we have decided to launch one more journal Youth—an open access journal (ISSN 2673-995X) [3]. It will be a scholarly journal on young people that are older than the people of adolescence. Children and young people are the future of the world [4]. Young people, particularly young adults, are tasked with taking over duties from the older generations. If there are generation gaps, how can we narrow or remove the gaps? How can seniors convince young people to inherit their important traditions, and values, in addition to their assets? There are many interesting research topics for scholars to study. We will maintain the same fast and rigorous peer-review process [5] for this new journal and provide a good forum for scientists to present and exchange their perspective. Going forward, I hope authors and readers will enjoy publishing and using this journal.
