The aims of the paper are clearly re-stated in the Introduction

4) Methods - the name of the drugs should be written with small letter (line 122-123)
5) Methods - how do you come out the sample size = 80? Since Khanna's = 1335...a huge difference between this 2 studies

8) Discussion - please standardize the references in the text, line 270 & line 275
