Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors,

the work you have sent is very interesting and important. however, it is necessary to deepen in some sections to understand the work well.

here are some suggestions.

Abstract

- diagnostic data do not coincide with the results.

Introduction

- on page 1 line 33, when you say "in our country" write the name of the country.

- as section 1.2. put "description of the MMHU program". and then include all the subsections that explain the program: aims of MMUH, catchment area, structure of the MMHU, networking, and, education.....

- In the "aims of MMHU" section, describe the objectives in more detail and list them.

- In the "education and sensitization..." section, write the objective in the Aims section, and then describe how it is done.

- - include more information on mental health and gender, age, etc.... About the information that is later used to make the analyses

Methodology

- Add a section on methodology

- And in this section explain how the evaluation was carried out. The following subsections should be described: evaluation objectives and hypotheses, evaluation design, procedure, instruments and data analysis.

Results

- in the results section, the information should be presented objectively and should not be compared with other studies. this is done in the discussion.

the results should be arranged according to the objectives and the hypotheses made.

- If the gender difference is analyzed, it is necessary to introduce information on gender and mental health, and to include objectives and hypotheses. the same with age.

Discussion

- sort and complete based on the changes requested in the following sections.

What is the hypothesis of the article?

Statistical analysis is not rigorous. There is only mean and standard deviation. Apply ANOVA and compare the means of the different categories such as age, gender, and types of disease.

The conclusion should be based on the ANOVA

The authors have addressed all the necessary points raised by us. I recommend publishing the article if all other queries have been addressed and pointed out by the journal and other reviewers. I would like to add one more thing to consider is adding the limitations of the study
