- Fig. 1, 2 and 3 should be also described in textual way
- The text justification of the mathematical formulas must be corrected
- Line break between sections must be add
- Mathematically justifies in a textual way the algorithm proposed for Determination of the SSFK in each of its steps and phases
- Conclusions should be better justified, as well as adequately highlight the results obtained with greater content and precision.

I have the following comments:
- There are no research questions and no hypotheses. Some of them should be added to the text because the research aim is not sufficient. Also, there is no literature review section. Probably it is made in the "Introduction" section. It would be better to divide the original introduction to the short introduction and the literature review.
- I suggest dividing the paper into the following parts: Introduction, Literature review, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusions. The literature review is small.
- Please add the difference between this work and the previous studies in literature.
- The example presented is unclear. Please give an example from practice of transportation problem, not an abstract example. How the proposed methodology will be used in practice? Give the steps of application in practice. Give more discussion and explanations. How the results are verified?
- The conclusions need to be expanded. Give more results in Conclusion.
