An Analysis of Burnout among Female Nurse Educators in Saudi Arabia Using K-Means Clustering
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
I have reviewed the manuscript, titled “An Analysis of The Burnout of Female Nurse Educators in Saudi 2 Arabia Using K-Means Clustering”.
The study has some strong points (clear introduction, accurate statistical analysis, constructive discussion).
However, I would like to ask the authors to address some points in order to improve the paper.
Introduction:
1) The Introduction section should contain more information related to the concept of burnout in relation to the specifics of nursing work (p. 1-2)?
2) Can yout provide other factors of burnout than those derived from Padilla and Thompson [15]: task demands, social support, and activities outside work (p. 2)
Method:
3) How did you handle missing values in your data? (If any exist)
Discussion:
4) Can you elaborate on your findings by relating them to previous research in Section 3. Results & Discussion (page 9-12). This section does not include too much discussion.
5) P. 15: The following sentences are vague and perfunctory: “Nurses who work in stressful environments suffer from depression and burnout. Chronic and interpersonal stress can contribute to burnout, which is characterized by persistent emotional distress” Please, provide deeper analysis.

Reviewer 2 Report
Thank you very much for this opportunity to revise the manuscript titled "An Analysis of The Burnout of Female Nurse Educators in Saudi Arabia Using K-Means Clustering" that was submitted to European Journal of Investigation in Health, Psychology and Education (Special Issue - European Journal of Investigation in Health, Psychology and Education: 10th Anniversary).
This is an interesting project that will provide useful information for those who work with the burnt out and depression.
This research fits in the main theme of the journal, but still requires revision.
I'll note that the work as a whole produces a good impression.
1. The work attempts to answer a question about the meaningful characteristics of burnout of nurse educators, who experience a number of psychological problems due to difficult working conditions.
2. I believe that the article is original, complete and has sufficient relevance.
3. The reviewed article allows us to continue to accumulate information about the features of burnout of specialists working in societies with different economic and social structures.
4. I have no objection to the methodology which is used in the work.
5. In general, the conclusions made by the authors are adequate to the empirical data obtained during the study. I believe the job could have been more successful if the authors were able to present the study results by updating them according to the stakeholders such as researchers, psychologists, social workers and, of course, for nurse educators. The current document misses it badly.
I am sure that the answer to this comment will improve the quality of this paper.
I will be happy to review the revised manuscript.
