1. Formatting should be corrected. It is not the proper formatting. Please check.
2. Abstract needed to be updated. Where is the problem statement?
3. Provide more literatures into Introduction section. 
4. Provide the contributions in the Introduction section.
5. Provide sufficient references.
6. Change Figure 1. Font issues are there.
7. Update all the figures, make it suitable for this journal.
8. Show the comparisons based on the precision recall score as well.
9. Update the reference formatting. This paper has serious issues with formatting.

1. The order of the references are not okay. On the Introduction section, the first reference is 22! The reference order should go 1 , 2, 3 .... and so on. I assume the authors handled the references manually. Please use mendeley or endnote or any other reference manager to handle it for you. Or if you prefer it by hand, then please fix it. It is a must. 
2. In next submission, please make sure you highlight the changes in the manuscript. In addition to that, make sure you have the line number turned on.
3. For Genetic Algorithm, I suggest the following paper to study/follow: doi.org/10.3390/en12060991
4. For your future work for feature selection, I suggest to explore the Boruta algorithm and explain able AI. You should mention about your future direction. I suggest the following studies: doi.org/10.3390/s21124070, 
5. Enlarge diagram 5 so that every one understands.
6. Same thing applicable for Figure 6,7,8.
7. Why page 21 is blank? Properly format it.

Once all of these comments are satisfied, this paper can be considered for publication.
