Author Response

We thank the reviewer for their appraisal of our manuscript and for highlighting its potential interest to the semiconductor nanocrystals community. We have carefully checked the manuscript for typos and grammar mistakes and corrected them accordingly.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is a reasonably well-presented study that should be appropriate for Nanomaterials with some fairly minimal revision.

  1. There are a number of typos through out the manuscript. Please edit carefully before resubmission.
  2. The TEM in the supporting information is very poor quality. It hardly seems worth including. I suggest including more TEM images such as those in the pain paper.
  3. I would like the authors to include a plot of all samples absorption on a common scale, normalized by concentration. This will make a comparison of the plasmon peak more meaningful. Only one sample is included in the SI.
