Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors,

my congratulations to your well-written and very intersting manuscript!

My comments are:

1. please write (line 86) that acetaminophen was "offered" or "permitted" or indicate how many people actually took the medication.

2. from line 102 onwards, please specify that the MeDiPro SARS-CoV-2 Antibody ELISA is a surrogate neutralization test and the results are therefore not actual neutralization titers, but surrogate values.

3. From line 153, please also provide information about the number of participants reporting on both local and systemic symptoms.

4. Line 193: please change "UA" to "AU".

5. You could provide the figures in smaller sizes without loss of information.

Best wishes!

Reviewer 2 Report

This paper is interesting and has merit. A few minor changes need to be made.

1) The flow chart looks very dull. Please use some color to make the flowchart stand out more such as colored boxes or colored arrows and text.

2) Again, Figure 2 does not really stand out to the reader. Please use some other colors for the bars besides yellow, green and blue.

Author Response

Dear Reviewer,

Thank you for your valuable comments. We have revised our Figure 1 and Figure 2, using colors to make them stand out to the readers.
