Incomplete Similarity Error Analysis Method of Steel Frame Structure Based on Correlation
Round 1
Reviewer 1 Report
The article deals with an interesting problem of mechanical similarity of research models and related measurement errors.
The work is suitable for publication after taking into account the following comments:
1. line 21: explain BP
2nd row 40: no reference to the reference list,
3. row 44: no reference to the reference list,
4th row 53: explain BP as abbreviation,
5. The purpose of the work was not stated in the introduction
6. row 69 and table 1: variable T is not defined
7. in chapter 2.2 no boundary conditions and loads of the analyzed steel frame are defined.
8. in Table 4 the connection stiffnesses are given, but they are not specified how they were determined
9. the methodology given in chapter 3.1 could be described in more detail,
10. a description of the methodology for using the BP method in chapter 4.1 is necessary,
11. proposes to submit the results not only in qualitative but also quantitative form. Practitioners may be interested in specific numerical values.

This paper shows a method to investigate the similitude error between the scale model and experimental prototype in order to correct similitude
errors in the experimental results.
the paper is interesting. I only suggest to improve the introduction and to discuss better the types of semi-rigid joints and how their stiffness has been computed
