Reviewer 1 Report
Dear Authors
Analysis partitions:
1) - Two techniques were chosen, steam distillation and extraction with ethanol and glycerin. The hydrolytes of the different parts of Sambucus Nigra can be used in therapeutic applications thanks to their pH, they contain minimal quantities of oils , deepen this methods with others references: PMID: 31628828 ; PMID: 30039757 ; PMID: 33640647 .
2)- The alcoholic extract of the flower has a good antioxidant activity and the glyceric extract contained appreciable quantities of anthocyanins and other nutrients, mention in the discussion the biological activity of the essential oil in particular the antimicrobial activity: PMID: 32540528; PMID: 34439888.
3 - Check the bibliographic entries throughout the text, some of which are non-compliant, review some entries in the references and necessarily insert those referred to in point 2 for the purpose of acceptance by me.
4 - Review the English grammar and in particular the applied scientific English: in particular, verbal tenses and syntax in the discussion
