In this paper a corner reflector and a Luneburg ball reflector with RCS distribution characteristics of a 15 fifth-generation fighter in a certain spatial area are designed for simulations. The electromagnetic simulation software FEKO is used to design and model the corner and Luneburg ball reflector.

Please solve the items below:

·         Citations all over the introduction are not seen properly

·         Please use citation for the equation (1) and explain better the  notations and the model of RCS and inverse RCS value expressed in (2)-(3) that are also uncited and unclear.

·         Explain the significance of the Luneburg ball refractive index n and how is constant but depending on r.

·         The simulation software FEKO must be explained in order to clarify the figures 1 and 3, meaning the notations at least (X/U, Y/V,Z/N. etc), the two figures are inconsistent one to another

·         Figure 4 are the results for angle 60 degrees probably

·         Explain how the angle is pitched, meaning the significance of 55 or 60 degrees

·         The conclusions upon Figure 7 are not so clear, meaning the four frames depicted are unclear

·         All the three conclusions must be better sustained by the model and simulation explanations.

Reviewer 3 Report

Authors presented their work on "Intelligent target design based on complex target simulation"

Authors worked on Several corner reflectors and Luneburg balls to form an array to realize the simulations. The RCS value and distribution characteristics of the targets combined with fuzzy clustering and a single-chip microcomputer. But there are no any comparisons of the simulation results with the previous researchers work. So, I request the authors to update on this .

All the references have not cited in the running text and up to 9 they were cited as superscript and remaining are normal, so, I request the authors to maintain as Journal Format and all the reference must be cited or you can remove them.
