Despite its originality and relevant results, I think that the article has two shortcomings and both of them are associated with the literature.

Firstly, hypothesis development needs to be elaborated further

Secondly, the discussion is basically non-existing - the authors have to carefully show which research gaps have been identified and how they are closing it. Since the former has not been appropriately done, the latter could not be done either.

In response to the suggestions made by the reviewers, the following document contains the corrections and adjustments:

A total of 15 new references were added to support the changes made particularly in the Theoretical Review and Hypotheses and Discussion and Conclusions sections.

Within the Theoretical Review and Hypotheses section, the following changes were made:

• From line 206 to 216 the text was adjusted and three references were added to support hypothesis H1.
• In lines 229 to 231, text and a reference supporting H2 were added, and in lines 243 to 245, text and a reference supporting H3 were added.
• From line 258 to 261, text was added and a reference that supports H4. Similarly, from 266 to 268, text was added and a reference that supports H4.
• From line 275 to 278, text and two references were added to support H5.
• From line 310 to 314, text and three references were added to support H7 and H8.
• From line 327 to 330, text and two references were added to support H9.

In the Discussion and Conclusions section, the following changes were made:

• New text was incorporated in 483 to 492 comparing the fundamental purposes of the study with the results and supported with other studies.
• From line 500 to 505 new text was added comparing the results of the hypotheses with those of other studies.
• From line 522 to 530, new text is added comparing the results of the study with those of other studies.
• From line 536 to 566 new text is added where some limitations of the project are determined and important points of view on the future contributions to the project with support are exposed.

The article precisely defines the purpose and scope of the planned research.

The methodology was developed, and appropriate methods and research tools were selected and applied.

A research model was developed and 10 hypotheses were verified.

The research results were presented in an interesting way and analyzed.

Interesting conclusions regarding knowledge management and their impact on the innovative activity of enterprises were presented.

The presented results are characterized by scientific independence, conducive to solving key problems, presenting views and formulating conclusions. They contain practical values resulting from the conducted empirical research and the published recommendations.

The article is very interesting, it should be published without any changes.
