The authors have demonstrated knowledge of the subject and knowledge of the field discussed in the article. The literature review is based on an extensive and up-to-date literature on the subject. 1. This paper is interesting and deals with an important topic. However, this paper can be improved by adding more reviews on the WEE Theory.
2. This paper brings contributions in term of context since insights from Middle East are scarce.
3. Methodology is adequate and aligned with the research objectives.
4. Results are presented clearly and analyzed appropriately.
5. References are sufficient (95 sources) and recent (more than 20% are the latest sources 2021 onwards).

COMMENT 1: “This paper is interesting and deals with an important topic. However, this paper can be improved by adding more reviews on the WEE Theory”.
RESPONSE: We respect and agree with the suggestion of the respected reviewer. We added more recent studies (2020-2023) as suggested by the reviewer [please refer to yellow coloured text, page nos. 4 and 6].
