Reviewer 2 Report

dear authors thank you so much for the review. title please change autism to autism spectrum disorder (ASD). autism is no longer acceptable in scientific literature as per diagnostic criteria updates. the interchangeable use of Autism and ASD is also confusing. abstract need to be re-written to include the findings of this review. introduction/background please give some background on ASD and its magnitude globally. you may use WHO data. this can be done under the heading Treatment of FRα autoimmune disorder in autism All Figures are missing from the manuscript. please add a clinical implications - recommendations. this will make the review article follows the standard norms of such category. please add a conclusion.
