Dear authors of the manuscript entitled: "Classification of coniferous and broad-leaved forests in China based on high-resolution imagery and local samples in Google earth engine". I have thoroughly read your paper, I consider it a very interesting analysis and of great relevance to the country of analysis. However, it should be improved before publication, especially in terms of presentation and order of the manuscript. Improve the wording of sections such as the introduction, methods, discussion, conclusions.

Introduction

L26-124: Dear authors. The introduction has the necessary structure, however sentences where bibliographic citations are not included. It is always advisable to close a sentence with a citation, in order to demonstrate to the reviewers your expertise and mastery of the subject.

Figure 1-2; Table 1: This should be in the study area in the methodology, please correct it.

Materials and Methods

Figure 2-3: Dear authors, I suggest keeping only one map to represent the study area.

Figure 5: This information is best placed in a detailed description as supplementary material.

Accuracy Assessment: Dear authors, I suggest using additional evaluation metrics and the values obtained can be detailed as supplementary material.

Figure 7: This image belongs to the results section, please have an order in the presentation of your manuscript.

Results

Figure 13: Please improve the quality of the image presented.

Accuracy Assessment: The proper order would be first to present the accuracy values obtained and then to show the description of the mapping.

Figure 14: All of this can be presented as supplementary material and presented image by image in a way that enhances the quality of the figures

Figure 15: This figure is being presented before being cited in the text, please place figures according to scientific standards.

Discussion

Please do not list the paragraphs in the discussion. Write continuously and in paragraphs focusing on the results obtained for each of the objectives stated in your research.
