Reviewed manuscript “The Transmission Effect of China's Rotation Mechanism on the Cotton Reserve Market and the Impact on the Supply Chainis an original and interesting study. Authors comprehensively demonstrated the Effect of China's Rotation Mechanism on the Cotton Reserve Market. Study is very interesting and it would add scientific contribution in literature. Authors collected lot of data with strong reasoning. I would suggest minor revision.

Following are some suggestions for further improvements:

First few lines of the abstract should be about the importance of study.

Lines 38-42: Consider revising the lines.

Revise the references style throughout the text according to journal format.

Lines 56-60: Consider revising the lines.

Lines 69-73: Consider revising the lines.

Lines 153-162: Consider revising the lines.

Introduction and Discussion section needs to further strengthen by latest studies on the subject. Improve the discussion section.

At some places in the text, there are grammatical mistakes that need to be corrected by some native English colleague. Please summarize the conclusion.

To further strengthen introduction, following latest studies etc. are suggested to cite for the Effect of China's Rotation Mechanism on the Cotton Reserve Market and its Impact on the Supply Chain.

Comments

- The title should be more concise to grasp the key proposal of this wok.

- The literature review can be enriched by adding the relevant published papers. For example: WC Yeh, An efficient memetic algorithm for the multi-stage supply chain network problem. The International Journal of Advanced Manufacturing Technology 29 (7), 803-813, 2006.

- It is great “so” to be deleted or replaced by other words because “so” is a less formal word used in literature

- Section 1, introduction is so long and should not include subsections.

- The last paragraph of introduction has to describe this work’s organization.

- Computer environment and software used did not provide.

- Please mention the main contributions item by item very clearly in the introduction.

- More logical results and discussion are required to validate the performance of the proposed model.

Reviewer 4 Report

The topic is very interesting, the literature review was prepared according to the best efforts. In the paper is not described the goal and hypothesis. In my opinion is only one thing which worries me. What kind of data have been used, daily, quarterly, yearly, for the whole China, or for particular provinces? It can be a problem with the length of the dataset. If the mentioned study has been prepared only of the whole country, the results are not correct. In all of papers should be included the statistical description, the correlation matrix.

If Authors will give me an info I will be able to assess the paper completely.
