Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

Dear Authors,

Re: Manuscript “From Green Entrepreneurship Intention to Green Entrepreneurship Behavior: Moderating Roles of University educationSupport and Green Consumption commitment

Reviewer’s report:

The objective of the study is to investigate the relationship between green entrepreneurship intention and business behavior through two moderates, such as university education supports and green consumption commitment. There is a lot of literature on the relationship between entrepreneurial intentions and university education, but this ecological approach can be considered novel.

The theoretical framework presented is well presented and has allowed to create a consistent hypothesis, which have also been contrasted with an adequate methodology. The case of Ghana is also well justified. From all this, it has been possible to extract some interesting results to carry out an adequate discussion and formulate conclusions. With these conclusions, both university authorities, the public sector, companies and local communities can make decisions towards a greener venture that allows new companies to be profitable and help protect the environment.

Likewise, it is necessary to delete the following in line 70: [Bilen et al., 2007; Bilgens et al. 2006].

Therefore, I consider it appropriate for the article to be published.

* Personally, I have understood the entire exposition in English of the paper, but I am not a native English speaker. I consider it appropriate that someone from your journal check the writing in this language.

Best regards

Reviewer 2 Report

Dear Author,

I was happy to read this paper which provides promising research. Your paper is interesting and addresses an emerging topic.

The authors examine "From Green Entrepreneurship Intention to Green Entrepreneurship Behavior: Moderating Roles of University education Support and Green Consumption commitment" is an interesting paper in the field of entrepreneurship, education and sustainable development.

Overall, the research is consistent. On the one hand, I found the work to be generally well written and much of it well described. I felt confident that the authors carried out careful and thorough field processing. However, I would like to point out some  aspects to improve their manuscript.

1. The title of the article is too long. It is recommended to shorten it.

2. I find that the article presents quite a few formatting errors, so it is recommended to adjust it to the standards of the journal. Specifically: the spaces between paragraphs should be eliminated; the line spacing of the text should be homogenised; the space on lines 684, 714, 740 should be eliminated; the text should be justified (L 685-686; 618-619).

3. There is an error on line 617, the numbering probably corresponds to the doi of the previous reference.

4. As for the citation, you should bring it into line with the journal's rules. For example, in line 52, you should remove the reference (Schapper, 2016). Also on line 70.

5. In the bibliography, the references do not conform to the journal's standards. Please adapt them to the suggested format:

“References must be numbered in order of appearance in the text (including citations in tables and legends) and listed individually at the end of the manuscript. We recommend preparing the references with a bibliography software package, such as EndNote, ReferenceManager or Zotero to avoid typing mistakes and duplicated references. Include the digital object identifier (DOI) for all references where available.
Citations and references in the Supplementary Materials are permitted provided that they also appear in the reference list here.
In the text, reference numbers should be placed in square brackets [ ] and placed before the punctuation; for example [1], [1–3] or [1,3]. For embedded citations in the text with pagination, use both parentheses and brackets to indicate the reference number and page numbers; for example [5] (p. 10), or [6] (pp. 101–105).
    1. Author 1, A.B.; Author 2, C.D. Title of the article. Abbreviated Journal Name Year, Volume, page range.
    2. Author 1, A.; Author 2, B. Title of the chapter. In Book Title, 2nd ed.; Editor 1, A., Editor 2, B., Eds.; Publisher: Publisher Location, Country, 2007; Volume 3, pp. 154–196.
    3. Author 1, A.; Author 2, B. Book Title, 3rd ed.; Publisher: Publisher Location, Country, 2008; pp. 154–196.
    4. Author 1, A.B.; Author 2, C. Title of Unpublished Work. Abbreviated Journal Name stage of publication (under review; accepted; in press).
    5. Author 1, A.B. (University, City, State, Country); Author 2, C. (Institute, City, State, Country). Personal communication, 2012.
    6. Author 1, A.B.; Author 2, C.D.; Author 3, E.F. Title of Presentation. In Title of the Collected Work (if available), Proceedings of the Name of the Conference, Location of Conference, Country, Date of Conference; Editor 1, Editor 2, Eds. (if available); Publisher: City, Country, Year (if available); Abstract Number (optional), Pagination (optional).
    7. Author 1, A.B. Title of Thesis. Level of Thesis, Degree-Granting University, Location of University, Date of Completion.
    8. Title of Site. Available online: URL (accessed on Day Month Year).”

7. In the abstract it states "A total of 420 respondents from the university campuses in Ghana were selected through a convenient sampling method". The methodology it states "The convenient sampling method was used to determine the 289 study's sampling size". However, it does not indicate what type of method was used, nor does it justify the representativeness of the sample selected. It is recommended to describe the sample selection method used and to justify the representativeness of the sample. Also indicate the criteria for the selection of university campuses.

8. The territorial unit of analysis is rather limited. It is recommended to better justify the choice of Ghana.

9. It is recommended that the limitations of the study be included in the conclusions.

In sum, I again thank you for giving me this opportunity to learn from your research project and I wish you the very best.

Best Regards,

Round 2

Reviewer 2 Report

Dear authors,

I think the authors have made a remarkable effort to improve the article. All suggestions have been responded to. The authors have corrected formatting errors and adjusted the bibliographic references to the journal's standards. They have also incorporated and justified the limitations of the study. And they have adequately justified the selection of the sample and the territorial unit of study.

Wish you all the best. Best regards,
