Congratulations for the work that you have presented. It has important management implications improvement quality attributes through customers’ expectations.
Some suggestions:
In Introduction you may include a clear concept of product quality, satisfactions and expectations of costumers. You said that they exist and the relations but don´t explain what it is.
In Discussion and / or Conclusion you must be more specific about the number of simple size.

A well-written paper with a quite interesting topic. The hypotheses are properly developed although they could be less wordy. The method is appropriate for the topic chosen; I would appreciate more justification why the method is the ideal for the topic under investigation. I would also appreciate the authors to present more clearly the business implications of their paper. Please proceed it.
