Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

In this review, the Authors did a good overview of minicircle delivery to the neural retina. I have only some minor revisions.

Please check acronyms in the text, they are not always specified; i.e.lines: 65,89,173,200,280

Please at line 223 put a fullstop before  However

Author Response

Many thanks for taking the time to review our manuscript and for the positive comments. Thank you for making us aware of the lack of clarification of some abbreviations/acronyms. We have endeavoured to correct this within the main text and now include an additional list at the end of the manuscript.

Reviewer 2 Report

This is an interesting and well-written article. I have only some minor edits to suggest.

Sometimes you use non-viral and other times you use nonviral. Please choose and use one of those throughout the manuscript.

Author Response

We very much appreciate the time taken to review our manuscript and for the positive feedback. Thank you for making us aware of the inconsistent use "non-viral/nonviral" we believe we have now amended the document to correct this. Thank you also for noticing the incorrect sentence structure in line 34, this has also been corrected.
