Thank you for your review and comments concerning our manuscript entitled “Knockdown NRPC2, 3, 8, NRPABC1 and NRPABC2 Affects RNAPⅢ Activity and Disrupts Seed Development in Arabidopsis”. We appreciate your concerns and suggestions.

Reviewer 2 Report

Dear Editor/Authors,

In the presented studies, the authors identified and characterized the subunits of RNAPⅢ in Arabidopsis and pointed to these subunits as responsible for the regulation of seed development. The introduction contains a detailed description the issue under study and draws attention to the importance of the issues studied. The material and methods are a continuation of previous research. The results are carefully presented, the discussion is the strong point of this work.

I have one remark to include the application aspect of research in the introduction or in the abstract.
