Round 1

Reviewer 1 Report

The review entitledRenal i red marrow dosimetry in peptide receptor radionuclide therapy: 20 years of history and ahead” by the authors Walrand and Jamar represents a very good and interesting summary in the field of dosimetry of commonly used radiopharmaceuticals 177Lu-DOTATATE and 90Y-DOTATOC in PRRT of cancers expressing somatostatin receptors.

The manuscript is well written, clear and easy to read. Title and abstract are accurate. The topics covered in this review are well and precisely discussed, and references are well cited. I suggest accepting manuscript at present form after minor coorections.
