MDPI Books Purchase Information: Order & Delivery

Ordering

Every book and reprint we publish is available to read online for free. In addition, printed copies are available through a convenient print-on-demand service. This offers a sustainable and cost-effective way to print. Our service meets the highest quality standards, allowing you to print and purchase as many copies of your work as you require, at any time. Our books and reprints can be purchased through our Library: https://www.mdpi.com/books/search

Orders must be paid before printing. As soon as payment is received, your copy will be sent for printing and subsequently shipped to your desired address.

We accept payment in CHF, GBP, EUR, USD and JPY. Payments can be made by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or PayPal in Swiss Francs (CHF).

Delivery

Where available, we utilize Premium shipping services, providing you with an estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days. Please note that this does not include the time for order processing and printing. To account for all steps, we advise a total turnaround time of 12–17 working days.

This period does not include any customs clearance difficulties that may arise and vary by country. Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your UPS tracking number.

Customs

Free shipping does not include any duties, taxes or clearing charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary by country.

Return Policy

POD products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the event of poor print quality or an error in quantity. If an item was delivered to you in error or the item you ordered is faulty, please contact us. Inspect your order carefully when it arrives. Any problems should be immediately reported to bookorder@mdpi.com
