2017 Viruses received an updated Journal Impact Factor (3.761).
2019 Viruses received an updated Journal Impact Factor (3.811).
2020 Viruses received an updated Journal Impact Factor (3.816).
Viruses published its 5,000th paper.
Viruses established the following sections:
  • SARS-CoV-2 and COVID-19;
  • Coronaviruses;
  • Human Virology and Viral Diseases;
  • General Virology.
2021 Viruses received an updated Journal Impact Factor (5.048).
