Nutritional and Metabolic Diseases in Veterinary Medicine

Section Information
Nutrition has an important role in animal health. Many metabolic diseases or non-communicable diseases are caused by nutrient deficiency and nutritional disorders which become factors that seriously endanger animal health. Thus more and more studies in this veterinary area emerged in recent years. The section includes the epidemiology, causes, pathogenesis, clinical symptoms, pathological changes, diagnosis and differential diagnostic methods, prediction and prevention of animal nutritional and metabolic diseases. We encourage the submission of manuscripts providing novel insights into theoretical research and clinical practice.
