Dear Colleagues,
We are delighted to announce that “Symmetry 2023—The 4th International Conference on Symmetry” will be back in person in 2023. The event is supported by MDPI’s open access journal Symmetry and will be held on 21–23 June 2023 in Barcelona, Spain.
As expressed by Hermann Weyl, who was responsible for important progress in the field of symmetry in math and physics: “Symmetry is a fundamental phenomenon in nature and all sciences”. Additionally, paraphrasing Frank Wilczek, “powerful symmetry principles have guided physicists in their quest for nature's fundamental laws”. Although one should add, at the same time, that many of the most interesting situations happen to occur when some fundamental symmetry principle is broken. It thus seems as if nature abhors perfect symmetry.
It is this interplay between symmetry and its breakdown, in the many different domains and situations where they appear, which we want to address in the 4th Symmetry Conference in Barcelona. Specifically, we will foster interaction between scholars working in different fields of science.
We welcome scholars, engineers, students, and non-academic colleagues to join Symmetry 2023, and we kindly ask you to save the date. We aim to make this event a forum for discussion, knowledge exchange, and fruitful interactions among stakeholders working in various symmetry-related fields: Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Engineering Science. Both oral and poster contributions are welcome.
We are pleased to announce the availability of awards for postdocs, PhD students, and researchers conducting research in the field of symmetry and who plan to attend Symmetry 2023.

We are pleased to announce that the 4th International Electronic Conference on Applied Sciences (ASEC2023), chaired by Prof. Dr. Nunzio Cennamo, will be held on https://asec2023.sciforum.net/ from 27 October to 10 November 2023.
ASEC2023 offers you the opportunity to participate in this international, scholarly conference without any concerns of expenditures regarding travel—all you need is your computer and access to the Internet. We would like to invite you to “attend” this conference by presenting your latest work. There is no registration fee. Paper Submission Guidelines:
You will be able to submit an abstract first. After acceptance, you will be able to upload a proceedings paper (3–6 pages), a poster, a slides presentation (in PDF), or a short video presentation (max. 3–5 minutes) before the full submission deadline. All accepted proceedings papers will be published in one dedicated volume in the MDPI Proceedings journal Engineering Proceedings (SCOPUS Indexed; ISSN: 2673-4591). The publication of proceedings papers is free of charge. A conference Special Issue (upcoming) will be published in the open access journal Applied Sciences (Impact Factor:2.838). Conference participants are encouraged to submit a full paper to the dedicated Special Issue.
In addition, to acknowledge the support of the conference’s esteemed authors and recognize their outstanding scientific accomplishments, we are pleased to launch the Best Contribution Award and Best Student Award. We are pleased to announce that the 27th International Electronic Conference on Synthetic Organic Chemistry (ECSOC-27), chaired by Dr. Julio A. Seijas, will be held online from 15 to 30 November 2023 at ecsoc-27.sciforum.net/.
ECSOC-27 aims to provide leading scientists working in selected fields with a robust common platform on which to share and discuss the latest research and promote the advancement of exciting and rapidly changing research. The 2nd International Conference on Mechanical System Dynamics (ICMSD2023) will be hosted by Peking University in Beijing, China, Sept 1–5 2023.
ICMSD2023 is devoted to "Technology Innovations by Understanding Mechanical Dynamics", with 18 sessions to promote research in dynamic theories on complex structures, multi-disciplinary integration, and advanced technologies for various applications. We are pleased to announce the in-person International Symposium and Exhibition on Electromagnetic Compatibility EMC Europe 2023, which will be held from 4th to 8th September 2023 in Kraków, Poland at the Congress Centre of the Qubus Hotel****. The conference is organized by the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology (WUST).
The EMC Europe Symposia is annually organized in a European city and was established as merger of the series of independent EMC Symposia organized in Wroclaw (20 editions since 1972), Zurich (20 editions since 1973), and Rome (since 1994), running every second year.
The EMC Europe 2023 Kraków symposium is a forum for the exchange of scientific and technical information between researchers and practicing engineers from academia, research laboratories, industry and government agencies. The symposium provides the unique possibility for scholars to present the progress and results of their work and to exchange ideas, discuss different points of view and share experiences with colleagues involved in the electromagnetic compatibility of devices and systems, spectrum management, spectrum monitoring and congestion. It is also an excellent opportunity to gain valuable acquaintances and useful contacts with people from the EMC field.
EMC Europe 2023, Kraków will be composed of 5 days with oral and poster presentations, workshops, tutorials, special sessions, industrial forum and technical exhibition as well as meetings and accompanying events. During the conference, the IEEE EMC Society is organizing “IEEE Senior Member Elevation Event” and the IEEE EMC Society Poland Chapter is organizing “EMC Marathon at EMC Europe” and “IEEE EMC Society Chapters Meeting”. The schedules for 4th and 8th September are dedicated to just workshops and tutorials.
Authors are cordially invited to submit Regular Papers (before March 13, 2023) as well as to participate through Special Sessions or Workshops and Tutorials on any EMC-related aspects in the technical areas listed here. Submission details and the guidelines for authors can be found at the conference website.
Final versions of the reviewed and accepted papers, which will be presented at oral or poster EMC Europe 2023 sessions, will be submitted for publication in the IEEE Xplore® database.
Please remember that the only way to register and submit your contributions is through the EMC Europe 2023 online conference system.
The Best Symposium Paper and Best Student paper will be awarded by the International Steering Committee.
The Symposium will be accompanied by a technical exhibition on EMC and RF/microwave measurements and instrumentation. We also invite manufacturers and distributors of EMC-related tools and test and measurement equipment, spectrum monitoring and measurement systems, protecting device and components, microwave instruments, electromagnetic analysis and synthesis software.
The technical exhibition will be held from 9 AM on Tuesday 5th September 2023 to 4 PM on Thursday 7th September 2023. The technical exhibition will occur in selected rooms of the conference venue and in the tent set up at the venue entrance. To exhibit complete the Exhibitor's Registration Form. Please submit an application before 30th June 2023. Please note that the number of exhibition booths is limited!
