The proteomics analysis of single cells is the next big dimension of taking a deeper look into biology. The development of more powerful mass spectrometers and systems for single-cell sorting and manipulation is a chance to analyze biological processes at their very base.
Identifying these basic processes will add an additional path to understanding biological pathways in more detail.
We are inviting you to contribute to this Special Issue of Molecules and share your work on method development for sample preparation, protein and peptide analysis, and data processing
