2015 Micromachines adopted a monthly publication schedule.
2016 Micromachines published its 500th paper.
2017 Micromachines announced the first edition of the Travel awards.

2018 Micromachines received its 5th Impact Factor (2.222).
Micromachines was indexed in PubMed - National Library of Medicine (NLM).
