About Merits
Aims
Merits (ISSN 2673-8104) is an international, peer-reviewed open access journal covering all aspects of people at work. It goes beyond traditional human resources and focuses on contemporary research issues related to enabling staff to thrive. Offering insights into work-based strategies to advance employee engagement, creativity and productivity, it will examine how equity, belonging and inclusion are championed alongside well-being and innovation. Talent development modalities and frameworks, people analytics, and issues of hierarchies and networks are included. The journal will also focus on the translation of research insights into practical applications for maximal impact, highlighting case studies to promote uptake of research-led best practices.
