The 46th International Semiconductor Conference – CAS 2023
We are pleased to invite you to the 46th edition of the annual CAS conference - CAS 2023, taking place on October 11–13, 2023, in the historical mountain resort of Sinaia, Romania.
The CAS conference provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, academic experts and students to meet and share ideas, recent achievements and challenges in the exciting field of micro- and nanotechnologies.
The CAS 2023 program will include technical papers presented in oral and poster sessions, invited talks, special sessions for student papers and workshops.
The Best Paper Awards and the Best Student Paper Awards will be given for papers selected by the conference committee from the oral and poster presentations in the conference.
