Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

There are complex and multiple dimensional mechanisms involved in psychiatric disorders. The best intervention for psychiatric patients should be individualized to fit their specific needs in terms of treatment. Psychiatry is currently facing serious challenges triggered by the global economic crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. These events emphasize the need to broaden our nosographic and therapeutic approach. The focus of this Special issue is on the psychological and psychiatric consequences of the pandemic. The issue will be particularly interested in studies that suggest the involvement of neuroimaging techniques for diagnostic, prognostic or any other purposes.

We are seeking original research, commentaries, and review articles about personalized treatment, clinical research, and neuroimaging of psychiatric disorders, including the research criteria domain, genetic typing, imaging assisted diagnosis, and artificial intelligence. We expect these papers to be widely read and highly influential within the field. All papers in this issue will probably be collected into a printed edition book and will be widely promoted.
