Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

A myriad of neurologic complications, including confusion, stroke, impaired concentration, fatigue, autonomic dysfunction, and neuromuscular disorders, are known to be associated with COVID-19 infection. Some COVID-19-associated neurologic conditions can persist for months after the initial infection and result in long-term impairments. The pathophysiology underlying the neurological manifestations, however, is not well understood. With millions of people affected, there is an urgent need to better understand how COVID-19 impacts the nervous system.

This Special Issue aims to highlight the effects of COVID-19 on the nervous system, neurologic complications of COVID-19, and the management of COVID-19-associated neurologic symptoms.
