2020 JoF announced the third edition of the Travel awards.

JoF published its 500th paper. 
2021 JoF adopted a monthly publication schedule.
JoF established the following sections:

  • Fungal Cell Biology, Metabolism and Physiology;

JoF published its 1,000th paper.
JoF became an affiliated journal of the Spanish Phytopathological Society.
