Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Occupational prophylactic care is one of the most important areas of public health. When civilization diseases are added, a field for planning health promotion strategies and building a public health policy emerges.

Preventive examinations of employees can detect many serious diseases, which is why they are so important not only for employees and employers, but also from the point of view of the health policy of a given country.

This is why we have decided to launch this Special Issue titled “Occupational Prophylactic Care: New Strategy to Manage and Prevent Diabetes and Other Civilization Diseases”, where we plan to publish an overview of the most recent advances in this field.

Potential topics include but are not limited to:

  • Occupational health;
  • Occupational medicine;
  • Health promotion in the workplace;
  • Public health strategies for employers and employees;
  • Prevention of civilization diseases in the workplace.
