Section Information

This subsection of environmental ecology will focus on the provision of systematic solutions for dealing with environmental and ecological challenges, including simulation of environmental processes and effects, modeling of environmental and ecological processes and effects, theory and technology for environmental and ecological restoration, simulation and adjustment of ecosystems, and environmental impact assessment and planning. The goal of the section is to engage in the development of the interdisciplinary field of mechanism exploration, pattern recognition, process simulation, and objective-based regulations relative to the environmental ecological evolution, to guide the practice of ecosystem management, and to satisfy the need for scientific development.
