The International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (IJERPH) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes reviews, research articles and short communications in the interdisciplinary area of atmospheric composition, health impacts and human welfare. Air focuses on the relationships among atmospheric composition, toxicology, risk assessments, human health, atmospheric relevance of sources and sinks, the fate and budget of gaseous and particulate compounds, chemical–physical process interactions and climate change. This section aims to investigate novel experimental research, theory and modeling of atmospheric composition and human health.
