Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

Fruit quality is critical for consumer choice, which is determined by varietal characteristics and cultivation techniques. With the change in consumer demand, new cultivars are being bred constantly. It is the research hotspot and difficulties in breeding technologies because the fruit quality is regulated by a complex network of perennial fruits. In order to improve breeding efficiency, the Special Issue is organized. Researches on new fruit breeding technologies, theoretical research of quality formation and maintenance are welcomed for publishing. It is expected to enrich and perfect the theoretical basis of fruit quality improvement, which may be beneficial for breeding of different fruit species.
