Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The purpose of this Special Issue is to contribute to the dissemination of new knowledge and results related to applied entomology and biological pest control in orchard systems crops through the conservation of existing natural enemies, introduction to new natural enemies and the foundation of a permanent population, and mass rearing and periodic release, either on a seasonal basis or inundatively. However, we will also cover strategies related to reducing toxic pesticide use such as resistant varieties, the use of biopesticides, cultural methods that reduce pest abundance or damage, methods of manipulating pest mating or host-finding behavior, and, in some cases, physical methods of control.
