Special Issue Information

Dear Colleagues,

The analysis of urban infrastructure has evolved from the original considerations related to housing and segregation of the city to a systemic vision of new modern facilities and services that take into account urban metabolism and vulnerabilities, e-cities, communication networks, and access with quality and efficiency to services that ensure the quality of urban life with the least environmental deterioration, including its dematerialization and the development of Industry 4.0 in the urban environment.

Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

  • Smart cities.
  • Dematerialization of services and Industry 4.0.
  • Urban networks and systems.
  • Urban technologies.
  • Urban informatics.
