Special Issue Information
Dear Colleagues,
The Diversity Journal is about to launch a Special Issue dedicated to Coral Reef Ecology and Biodiversity.
Maintaining community, organismal, and genetic diversity is vital to ecosystem services and functioning; however, natural and anthropogenic impacts can alter this balance. The focus of this Special Issue of the interdisciplinary open access journal Diversity is one of the most diverse ecosystems on earth: coral reefs. We welcome topics that cover anthropogenic impacts on coral reef ecology and biodiversity, climate change ecology, applied research and management, as well as socioeconomic linkages between humans and coral reefs.

For planned papers, a title and short abstract (about 100 words) can be sent to the Editorial Office for announcement on this website.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). All manuscripts are thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process. A guide for authors and other relevant information for submission of manuscripts is available on the Instructions for Authors page. Diversity is an international peer-reviewed open access monthly journal published by MDPI.
