The 46th International Semiconductor Conference (CAS)
We are pleased to invite you to the 46th edition of the annual CAS conference, taking place on 11–13 October 2023 in the historical mountain resort of Sinaia, Romania.
The CAS conference provides an excellent opportunity for researchers, academic experts and students to meet and share ideas, recent achievements and challenges in the exciting field of micro- and nanotechnologies. The conference has strengthened its position over the years as an international platform for sharing novel research results, by extending its profile from semiconductor devices physics and technology, including semiconductor materials and microelectronics, to micro- and nanotechnologies.
The conference program will include technical papers presented in oral and poster sessions, invited talks, special sessions for student papers and workshops. The Best Paper Awards and the Best Student Paper Awards will be given for papers selected by the conference committee from the oral and posters presentations in CAS 2023.

Papers related to the conference theme can be considered for submission to the Special Issue entitled "Modeling, Fabrication, and Characterization of Semiconductor Materials and Devices", which is coordinated by IMT, the organizer of this conference. You may choose from five journals (Coatings + Electronics + Nanomaterials + Sensors + JSAN).
