Eurekas Community
Eurekas is a multinational and multidisciplinary scientific community that joins professionals of mathematics, computer sciences, and engineering, as well as administration, economics, and social sciences, together towards theoretical and practical developments useful for data and business analytics, in this way contributing to building the knowledge society and knowledge economy. It was founded in 2008 and has contributed multiple projects to that purpose. Eurekas is currently integrating more than 60 research groups in more than 20 countries in America and Europe.
European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology (EUSFLAT)
EUSFLAT (European Society for Fuzzy Logic and Technology) is a new non-profit European Society with the following aim to promote and disseminate the methods, techniques, and developments of Fuzzy Logic and technologies, to encourage the scientific communication and collaboration among its members, to represent the European researchers in Fuzzy Logic and their technologies at the IFSA council, to establish relations with other national or international associations with similar aims, and to organize, promote and sponsor conferences, workshop, and seminars. It provides its members with distinct benefits.
International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA)
The International Fuzzy Systems Association (IFSA) is a global organization dedicated to the support, development and promotion of the fundamental issues of fuzzy theory related to (a) sets, (b) logics, (c) relations, (d) natural languages, (e) concept formation, (f) linguistic modeling, (g) vagueness, (h) information granularity, etc. and their applications to (1) systems modeling, (2) system analysis, (3) diagnosis, (4) prediction, and (5) control in decision support systems in the management and administration of human organizations as well as electro-mechanical systems in manufacturing and process industries. IFSA organizes and encourages participation in open discussion sessions on the future directions and restructuring of fuzzy theory in the IFSA World Congresses. The official journal of IFSA, published by Elsevier, is the International Journal of Fuzzy Sets and Systems. Furthermore, IFSA sponsors workshops and conferences on fuzzy theory.
Union of Slovak Mathematicians and Physicists (JSMF)
The Union of Slovak Mathematicians and Physicists (hereafter JSMF) is a voluntary selection of scientists, professionals and teachers in the fields of mathematics, physics and other related scientific disciplines. The mission of JSMF, in terms of its statute, is to create conditions for the optimal development of mathematics and physics, to disseminate knowledge gained in the field of scientific research, to provide assistance to schools in raising the level of teaching mathematics, physics, mathematical informatics and descriptive geometry, and, finally, to promote results in scientific forums, conferences, seminars and other events.
